How do I update my MyNewNet profile?
As a registered member of Mynewnet, you can edit your profile from My Account> Account > User details. Click on “Update Profile” button after making changes.
How can I Sign In to "My MyNewNet" if I do not have a MyNewNet account?
You cannot.
How do I edit / update Ads that I have posted?
Login to My Account and select “My Ads” from top right corner or select “Active ads” from left side navigation menu. You will see the list of ads posted. Click on the respective button Promote Featured Ads, Make Active/Inactive, Details, Edit or Delete ad.
What does "Expired Ad Management" mean?
Ads has been posted more than 360 days, will automatically inactivate. You may repost it from My Account > Non-active ads.
How do I change my password?
You can enter numeric or alphabetical character. To secure your password, it should be in length of 6-16 characters. Please don’t use your birthday or simple numbers like 123456 or abcdef as password. You can change your password from here My Account > Change the password.
How do I pay for a featured ad?
Select “My Ads” from top corner or “Active ads” from navigation menu, Click on the Feature “Promote My Ad” icon from the right side.
How do I check my messages?
You will get notified to your registered email address.
